Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 375-3-4-.01 - Uniform Traffic Citation Form
(1) DDS-32, Uniform
Traffic Citation, Summons and Accusation, shall be used by all law enforcement
officers who are empowered to enforce the traffic laws and ordinances in effect
in this State. The version of Form DDS-32 being used as of the effective date
of the 2022 amendment to this rule is repealed effective June 30, 2022 and may
be used through October 31, 2022. The amended version of Form DDS-32, shown in
sections (1)(a) through (1)(e) of this rule, shall be effective July 1, 2022
and may be used beginning on July 1, 2022. Such citation shall be by the
following form in a five-part series, at least 5 ½ inches in width and 8
½ inches in length except that computer generated or electronically
submitted citations shall not have a series requirement and may appear up to 8
½ inches in width and 11 inches in length.
