Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 393-9-.01 - Application by Reciprocity
(1)
Licensure by reciprocity refers to licensure for applicants who hold a current
Nursing Home Administrators, Personal Care Home Administrator, or Assisted
Living Community Administrator license in other states and are applying for
consideration of licensure in Georgia as a Nursing Home Administrator, Personal
Care Home Administrator, or Assisted Living Community Administrator.
(2) The Reciprocity application and other
Board forms are available on the Board web site.
(3) The Board may in its discretion deny
licensure to an applicant who has had disciplinary action taken against him or
her by any licensing authority or professional organization, or whose record
reflects any other matter that puts in question his or her competency to be a
Nursing Home Administrator, Personal Care Home Administrator, or Assisted
Living Community Administrator.
