Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 480-30-.07 - Submission of Dispensing Procedure for Board Review

All licensed pharmacists who sign a dispensing procedure must submit such document to the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy for review. Any such dispensing procedure must be in conformity with this Chapter and O.C.G.A. ยง 43-34-26.1, and shall include the names of all persons dispensing drugs pursuant to such dispensing procedure.
