Original Rule entitled "Department of Public Safety Employees" was filed on August 9, 1978; effective August 29, 1978. Amended: Rule repealed and Emergency Rule 570-20-0.11-.03 of the same title, adopted. Filed April 7, 1983; effective April 6, 1983, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. Amended: Emergency Rule repealed and a new Rule of the same title adopted. Filed June 6, 1983; effective June 26, 1983. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Department of Public Safety Employees and Other Members and/or Employees of the Criminal Justice System" adopted. Filed February 8, 1985; effective February 28, 1985. Amended: Filed August 16, 1985; effective September 5, 1985. Repealed: New Rule of same title adopted. F. Nov. 9, 1990; eff. Nov. 29, 1990.
