Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Second Conviction of Certain Offenses: Penalty; Reinstatement" adopted. Filed September 30, 1969; effective October 19, 1969. Amended: Rule repealed and a new Rule entitled "Second Conviction of Certain Offenses: Reinstatement; Discretion; Prerequisites" adopted. Filed April 5, 1974; effective April 25, 1974.
