The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date. Principal abbreviations used in the Administrative History are as follows:

Chapter 685-1 was originally filed on November 13, 1981, as Emergency Rule 685-1-0.1, entitled "Organization," containing Rule 685-1-0.1-.01; effective November 6, 1981, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding said Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. (Emergency Rule 685-1-0.1 expired on March 5, 1982.)

Chapter 685-2 was originally filed on November 13, 1981, as Emergency Rule 685-2-0.2, entitled "Licensing," containing Rules 685-2-0.2-.01 through 685-2-0.2-.03; effective November 6, 1981, the date of adoption, to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until the effective date of permanent Rules covering the same subject matter superseding said Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. (Emergency Rule 685-2-0.2 expired on March 5, 1982.)

Rule 685-2-.02 has been amended by the repeal of subparagraph (d) and by the adoption of a new subparagraph (d). Filed September 23, 1983; effective October 13, 1983.

Chapter 685-6 entitled "Fees," containing Rule 685-6-.01, has been adopted. Filed September 23, 1983; effective October 13, 1983.

Chapter 685-7, entitled "Buyer's Card," containing Rule 685-7-.01, has been adopted. Filed November 4, 1983; effective November 24, 1983.

Rule 685-2-.02 has been amended by the repeal of subparagraph (c) and by the adoption of a new subparagraph (c). Filed September 4, 1986; effective September 24, 1986.

Rule 685-6-.01 has been repealed and a new Rule 685-6-.01 adopted. Filed September 8, 1987; effective September 28, 1987.

Rule 685-7-.01 has been repealed. Filed September 8, 1987; effective September 28, 1987.

Rule 685-2-.01 has been amended by the renumbering of subparagraph (e) to subparagraph (f) and by the adoption of a new subparagraph (e). Filed May 16, 1989; effective June 5, 1989.

Rule 685-6-.01 has been amended by adopting subparagraph (b). Filed December 27, 1989; effective January 16, 1990.

Rule 685-1-.01 has been amended. Filed February 16, 1990; effective March 8, 1990.

Rule 685-6-.01 has been amended. Filed October 18, 1991; effective November 7, 1991.

Subparagraph (f) of Rule 685-2-.02 has been amended. Filed December 9, 1991; effective December 29, 1991.

Rule 685-2-.03 has been renumbered to 68. 5-2-.04 and a new Rule 685-2-.03 entitled "Supplemental Licenses" adopted. Filed December 9, 1991; effective December 29, 1991.

Rule 685-6-.01 has been amended. Filed October 28, 1992; effective November 17, 1992.

Chapters 685-1 to 685-6 have been repealed. Filed February 8, 1996; effective February 28, 1996.
