ADMINISTRATIVE HISTORY

The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date. Principal abbreviations used in the Administrative History are as follows:

Note: Emergency Rules are listed in each Rule's Administrative History by Emergency Rule number, date filed and effective date. The Emergency Rule will be in effect for 120 days or until the effective date of a permanent Rule covering the same subject matter superseding this Emergency Rule is adopted, as specified by the Agency.

Chapters 750-1 entitled "Organization", 750-2 entitled "General", 750-3 entitled "Plant Classifications", 750-4 entitled "Operator Classification and Requirements", 750-5 entitled "Examinations and Applications", 750-6 entitled "Certification by Transfer from Georgia Water and Pollution Control Association", 750-7 entitled "Certification by Reason of Employment on Effective Date of Act", 750-8 entitled "Certification by Reciprocity" have been adopted. Filed October 8, 1971; effective October 28, 1971.

Rules 750-7-.03 and .05 have been repealed and new Rules adopted. Filed May 15, 1972; effective June 4, 1972.

Rule 750-5-.01 has been amended. Filed November 22, 1972; effective December 12, 1972.

Rules 750-1-.04, 750-3-.01, 750-4-.01, .02, .03, 750-5-.01, .02 have been amended. Filed August 12, 1974; effective September 1, 1974.

Rules 750-1-.01, .04, 750-3-.04, 750-4-.01, .02, .03, .04, 750-5-.01, 750-6-.02, and 750-7-.03 have been amended. Rules 750-4-.05 and 750-9-.02 have been repealed. Filed February 9, 2000; effective February 29, 2000.

Rules 750-1-.01, .04, 750-6-.04, 750-7-.02 have been repealed and new Rules adopted. Rules 750-2-.01, 750-3-.04, 750-4-.04, 750-6-.05 have been amended. Rule 750-7-.03 has been repealed. Filed January 11, 2001; effective January 31, 2001.

Rule 750-7-.02 has been amended. Filed April 1, 2002; effective April 21, 2002.

Rules 750-6-.02 and .03 have been amended. Rule 750-6-.04 have been repealed and a new Rule adopted. Filed June 16, 2005; effective July 6, 2005.

Rule 750-3-.04 amended. F. Jan. 25, 2012; eff. Feb. 14, 2012.

Rules 750-6-.02, .03, .04 amended. F. Feb. 22, 2012; eff. Mar. 13, 2012.
