The Administrative History following each Rule gives the date on which the Rule was originally filed and its effective date, as well as the date on which any amendment or repeal was filed and its effective date.

Chapter 90-1-1, entitled "Organization," containing Rules 90-1-1-.01 through 90-1-1-.06, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-1-2, entitled "Public Hearings," containing Rule 90-1-2-.01 was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-1-3, entitled "Code Advisory Committees," containing Rules 90-1-3-.01 through 90-1-3-.05, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-1, entitled "Promulgation and Purpose," containing Rule 90-2-1-.01, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-2, entitled "Definitions," containing Rule 90-2-2-.01, was filed on June 12, 1976; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-3, entitled "Administrative Regulations," containing Rules 90-2-3-.01 through 90-2-3-.03, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-4, entitled "Fees," containing Rule 90-2-4-.01, was filed on June 12, 1975, effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-5, entitled "Certification," containing Rules 90-2-5-.01, through 90-2-5-.03, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-6, entitled "Quality Control," containing Rules 90-2-6-.01 and 90-2-6-.02, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-7, entitled "Inspection," containing Rules 90-2-7-.01 and 90-2-7-.02, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-8, entitled "Enforcement," containing Rule 90-2-8-.01, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-9, entitled "Procedure for Appeal," containing Rule 90-2-9-.01, was filed on June 12, 1975; effective July 1, 1976, as specified by the Agency.

Chapter 90-2-10, entitled "Building Permits," containing Rule 90-2-10-.01, has been adopted. Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Sub-paragraph (v) of Rule 90-2-2-.01 has been amended. Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Paragraphs (5) and (7) of Rule 90-2-3-.03 have been amended; said Rule is further amended by the adoption of paragraphs (10) through (15). Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Subparagraphs (k), (l), and (n) of Rule 90-2-4-.01 have been amended; said Rule has been further amended by the adoption of subparagraphs (t) and (u), and by an editorial change in "NOTE" appended to said Rule. Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Paragraph (2) of Rule 90-2-5-.02 has been amended. Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

The following paragraphs of Rule 90-2-5-.03 have been amended: (2), (2)(b), (6), and (19) through (21); said Rule has been further amended by the adoption of paragraphs (23) and (24). Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

The following paragraphs of Rule 90-2-6-.01 have been amended: (2), (3), (3)(b), (6), (8), (11), (12), (13), (13)(a), (13)(b), (13)(c), and (14). Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

The following paragraphs of Rule 90-2-6-.02 have been amended: (1), (1)(b), (1)(f), (2), (3), and (4). Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Paragraphs (5) and (6) of Rule 90-2-7-.01 have been amended; said Rule has been further amended by the adoption of paragraphs (7) and (8). Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Rule 90-2-7-.02 has been amended by the adoption of paragraphs (6) and (7). Filed June 14, 1976; effective July 4, 1976.

Emergency Rule 90-3-1-0.1, entitled "Request to Waive 20 Day Requirement and Permit," containing Rules 90-3-1-0.1-.01 and 90-3-1-0.1-.02, was filed on July 11, 1978, to become effective on July 16, 1978, and to remain in effect for a period of 120 days or until permanent Rules covering the same subject matter are promulgated and adopted superseding said Emergency Rule, as specified by the Agency. This Emergency Rule will not be published; copies may be obtained from the State Building Administrative Board. Emergency Rule 90-3-1-0.1 expired on November 12, 1978.

Chapter 90-3-1, entitled "Georgia State Energy Code for Buildings," containing Rules 90-3-1-.01 and 90-3-1-.02, has been adopted. Filed December 21, 1978; effective January 10, 1979.

Rule 90-2-4-.01 has been amended by the repeal of subparagraph (m). Filed August 20, 1979; effective September 9, 1979.

Rule 90-2-5-.01 has been amended by the adoption of subparagraph (g). Filed August 20, 1979; effective September 9, 1979.

Chapters 90-1-1, 90-1-2, and 90-1-3 have been repealed. Filed April 6, 1983; effective April 26, 1983.

Chapters 90-2-1 through 90-2-10 have been repealed. Filed June 20, 1983; effective July 10, 1983.
