Haw. Code R. § 12-41-47 - Certification of election

Immediately following the election, the board or its hearings officer shall make findings and shall certify the results of the election, and shall issue a copy of the certificate to the employer and each of the persons whose name appeared on the ballot, and so notify the parties.
