Haw. Code R. § 13-16-28 - Releases
Certificates of release or of partial discharges of any lien containing a reference to the book and page or document number of the registration of the original lien are entitled to be recorded by the registrar or assistant registrar upon payment of the fee provided in section 13-16-22(1).
