Haw. Code R. § 14-52-83 - Participants who cannot be located

If a participant or other distributee is entitled to a reimbursement under this chapter and cannot be located, the reimbursement amount shall be deemed unclaimed or abandoned in accordance with the Uniform Unclaimed Property Act, chapter 523A, HRS. The unclaimed or abandoned reimbursement amount shall be handled in accordance with chapter 523A, HRS.
