§11-113-34 Severability clause.

         Should any section, paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or application of this chapter be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remainder of this chapter shall not be affected thereby.

         Amendments to and compilation of chapter 113, title 11, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary Page dated SEP 25 2007 were adopted on SEP 25 2007 following a public hearing held on July 1, 2004, after public notice was given in the Honolulu Advertiser, the Garden Island, the Maui News, the Hawaii Tribune-Herald, and West Hawaii Today, on May 28, 2004.

         They shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
