§11-188-28 - Severability.

§11-188-28 Severability.

         If any provision of this chapter, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the chapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter are severable."

         2. The adoption of chapter 11-188, Hawaii Administrative Rules, shall take effect upon the filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor; provided that pursuant to Session Laws of Hawaii, SLH 2016, Act 139, §3, these interim rules shall be effective until rules are adopted pursuant to 323D-18.5(e), HRS, to replace the interim rules.

         I certify that the adoption of chapter 11-188 rules shall take effect upon filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
