§11-96-42 Severability.

If a provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter or the application of the provisions to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby."

The Department of Health authorized the adoption of Chapter 96, Title 11, Administrative Rules on

May 31, 1991, following public hearings held on Oahu on May 13, 1991, on Hawaii on May 14, 1991, on Kauai on May 15, 1991, and on Maui on May 17, 1991, after public notice was given in the Honolulu Advertiser on April 1, 1991, in the Hawaii Tribune Herald on March 27, 1991, in the Garden Island on April 1, 1991, and in the Maui News on April 1, 1991.

Chapter 96 of Title 11, Administrative Rules shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
