§16-133-53 - Appeals.
(a) Appeals of the director's decisions on rates for the basic service tier or associated equipment involving whether or not the director has acted consistently with 47 U.S.C §543 and 47 U.S.C §544 or 47 C.F.R. §§76.922 and 76.923 may be made to the FCC.
(b) Any participant in a ratemaking proceeding before the director may file an appeal ofthe director's decision with the FCC within thirty days ofofthe director's decision.

Amendments to and compilation of Chapter 16-133, Title 16, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary Page dated March 15, 1994, were adopted on March 15, 1994, following a public hearing held on February 15, 1994, after public notices was given in the Honolulu Advertiser, Honolulu Star-Bulletin, The Hawaii Tribune-Herald, West Hawaii Today, Maui News, and the Garden Island on January 13, 1994.
These amendments shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
