§16-185-118 - Severability provision.

§16-185-118 Severability provision. If any section or portion of a section of this chapter or its applicability to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of the chapter or the applicability of the provision to any other person or circumstance shall not be affected.

         Amendments to and compilation of chapter 16-185, Hawaii Administrative Rules, on the Summary page dated August 27, 2019, were adopted on August 27, 2019, following a public hearing held on this same date, after public notice was given in The Honolulu Star-Advertiser on July 25, 2019.

         These rules shall take effect ten days after filing with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.
