§17-1601-3 Maintenance of records.

The department of human services, social services division, child welfare services branch, shall keep records to document information acquired in the administration of the child welfare services program, including but not limited to all reports of child abuse and neglect and other services provided by the child welfare services program. Information gathered by the department shall ? be kept in confidential records and files and shall not be used or disclosed except as provided for by this chapter.
