§19-137-14 Test administration.

(a) Skill tests shall be conducted in strict conformity with these requirements and with current test instructions provided by the department. Such instructions may include information on skill tests content, route selection/revision, test forms, examiner procedures, and administrative procedures and/or changes, (b) Skill tests shall be conducted:

(1) On test routes and off-road test sites approved

by the department. (2) In a vehicle that is representative of the class and type of vehicle for which the category 4 or CDL applicant seeks to be licensed and for which the third party examiner is qualified to test. (3) Using department approved content, forms and

scoring procedures,
