Idaho Admin. Code r. 11.11.01.056 - DOCUMENTATION OF CRIMINAL, TRAFFIC, AND MILITARY DISCHARGE RECORDS
With a POST application, an applicant shall submit the following to verify criminal, traffic or military records.

Criminal or Traffic Matters. Charging documents, including citations, complaints, information or indictments; judgements of convictions, orders of restitution; orders involving probation, parole, or revocation of probation or parole; orders of dismissal or release; records of payments to the court.
02.
Military Discharge. Copies of a DD214 for active military service, NGB Form 22 for National Guard Service, or Official Military Discharge Documentation for Reserve military service.
