The Department must conduct an interview with the applicant, a
member of the household, or the authorized representative. Interviews must be
conducted either face-to-face or via telephone, based on hardship criteria
evident in the case record. The applicant may bring any other person to the
interview. The Department does not require households to report for an
in-office interview during their certification period. The frequency of the
interview must be as follows: (3-17-22)

Twenty-Four Months. The
interview must be at least once every twenty-four (24) months for households
certified for twenty-four (24) months. (3-17-22)

Twelve Months. The interview
must be every twelve (12) months for all other households. (3-17-22)
