Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.137 - PROOF FOR QUESTIONABLE INFORMATION

Prior to the certification, a six-month or twelve-month contact, or recertification of the household, the Department must verify all questionable information regarding eligibility and benefit level. Proof is required when details are not consistent with information received by the Department. Proof may be obtained either verbally or in writing. (3-17-22)
