Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.158 - EXPEDITED VERIFICATION

The Department will verify the applicant's identity through readily available proof or a collateral contact. Proof may include identification such as a driver's license, birth certificate or voter registration card. The Department will try to get proof so that benefits can be issued within seven (7) days of the application date. Expedited Food Stamps must not be delayed beyond seven (7) days for proof other than identity. Other proof can be postponed to issue expedited Food Stamps. (3-17-22)
