Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.241 - ENDING SANCTIONS FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH JSAP
Household members sanctioned for not complying with JSAP are ineligible until a condition listed below is met.
01.
Fair Hearing Reversal. Sanction ends if a fair hearing reverses the sanction.
02.
Sanctioned Member Becomes Exempt. Sanction ends if the sanctioned member becomes exempt from JSAP.
03.
Member Complies With JSAP. Sanction ends if the member, who refused to comply with a JSAP requirement, complies. The member must complete corrective action and serve the minimum sanction period.
