Burial spaces or plots and funeral agreements are excluded from resources as listed below.

Burial Space or Plot Exclusion. One (1) burial space or plot, for each household member, from resources. The value of the burial space or plot does not affect this exclusion.
02.
Funeral Agreement Exclusion. Up to the equity value of one (1) bona fide funeral agreement, for each household member, from resources.
