Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.548 - COMPUTING THE SHELTER DEDUCTION
The shelter deduction is computed as listed below: (3-17-22)
01.
Household with
Elderly or Disabled Member. If the household has an elderly or disabled
member, deduct the monthly shelter cost exceeding fifty percent (50%) of the
household's income after all other deductions. (3-17-22)
02.
Household with No Elderly or
Disabled Member. If the household does not have an elderly or disabled
member, deduct the excess of fifty percent (50%) of the household's income,
after all other deductions, up to the maximum limit as specified in Title
7 USC Section
