Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.601 - REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Changes may be reported by phone, mail, or e-mail, or directly to the Department. Households must report as follows: (3-17-22)

01. Income Exceeds One Hundred Thirty Percent (130%) of FPG. When the household's total gross income exceeds one hundred thirty percent (130%) of the Federal Poverty Guideline (FPG) for the household size. (3-17-22)

02. Decrease in ABAWD Hours to Less Than Eighty (80) Hours Per Month. When there is a decrease in the household's ABAWD hours to less than eighty (80) hours per month. (3-17-22)
