Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.630 - ADEQUATE NOTICE

Adequate notice is a written statement telling the household the action the Department is taking. The notice must tell the reasons for the action. The notice must advise the household of the right to a hearing. All notices must be adequate. If Food Stamps are reduced, the household must receive the notice on or before the first day of the month the action is effective. (3-17-22)
