Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.639 - CONTINUATION OF BENEFITS PENDING A HEARING

The household retains the right to continued benefits when the household requests a fair hearing within the ten (10) day notice period. The household must request this continuation of Food Stamps. If certification has not expired, Food Stamps can continue at the former level. Benefits must be continued within five (5) working days of the household's request for a fair hearing. (3-17-22)
