Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.646 - NOTICE OF DECISION FOR TIMELY RECERTIFICATION

A Notice of Decision must be sent to households that reapply for Food Stamps. To receive Food Stamps with no break in issuance, households must complete a six-month or twelve-month contact or recertification before the fifteenth day of the last month of certification or six-month or twelve-month contact period. If the household applies before the fifteenth day of the month, the Department will notify the household of eligibility or denial by the end of the current certification period. (3-17-22)
