Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.651 - TIME FRAMES FOR RESTORATION OF BENEFITS
Benefits must not be restored if lost more than twelve (12) months before notification or discovery. (3-17-22)

Lost Benefits Reported by
Household. Lost benefits are restored when the Department learns of lost
benefits reported by the household, a person outside the household or by
another agency. Twelve (12) months are counted from the month the Department is
notified of the lost benefits. (3-17-22)

Lost Benefits Discovered by
Department . Lost benefits are restored when the Department discovers
lost benefits during the course of business. Twelve (12) months are counted
from the month the Department discovers the benefits were lost.

Lost Benefits
From Fair Hearing . Lost benefits are restored to a household that
requests a fair hearing and the decision is in the household's favor. Twelve
(12) months are counted from the effective date of the adverse action causing
the fair hearing . (3-17-22)
