Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.03.04.852 - FOOD STAMP HOUSEHOLD RESPONSIBILITIES

The Food Stamp household must provide correct and complete information so the Department can make accurate eligibility and benefit decisions. The responsibilities of the Food Stamp household are listed below: (3-17-22)

01. Provide Information. The Food Stamp household must provide information to determine Food stamp eligibility. This includes, but is not limited to, all information about household income, work and housing cost. (3-17-22)

02. Quality Control. The Food Stamp household must cooperate with Quality Control if the case is selected for review. (3-17-22)
