The Department must inform the public the Food Stamp Program is conducted without discrimination. The Department must display the U.S.D.A. poster "... And Justice for All" in all Field Offices. The application form must inform the public the Food Stamp Program is conducted without discrimination. Department Food Stamp publications must inform the public the Food Stamp Program is conducted without discrimination. (3-17-22)
