The resource transfer period of ineligibility is a period of AABD ineligibility for up to sixty (60) months. The period of ineligibility begins the first day of the month after the transfer month. The participant must be notified, in writing, at least ten (10) days before a resource transfer period of ineligibility is imposed. (3-17-22)
