The Director may summarily suspend any ICF/IID license in the event of any emergency endangering the health, safety, or welfare of an individual in the facility. The Director will provide an opportunity for a contested case hearing under IDAPA 16.05.03, "Contested Case Proceedings and Declaratory Rulings." (3-17-22)
