Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.04.17.511 - INJUNCTION TO PREVENT OPERATION WITHOUT CERTIFICATE

Notwithstanding the existence or pursuit of any other remedy, the Department may in the manner provided by law, maintain an action in the name of the state for injunction or other process against any person or governmental unit to restrain or prevent the establishment, conduct, management, or operation of an agency without a certificate required under this chapter. For the purposes of these rules, a governmental unit is the state, or any county, municipality, or other political subdivision, or any department, division, board, or other agency thereof. (3-17-22)
