Idaho Admin. Code r. 16.05.03.130 - OPEN HEARINGS

All contested case hearings are open to the public, unless ordered closed in the discretion of the hearing officer due to the sensitive nature of the hearing. The hearing officer can order that individuals be identified by initials or an alias if necessary to protect their privacy. At the discretion of the hearing officer, witnesses may testify by telephone or other electronic means, provided the examination and responses are audible to all parties. (3-17-22)
