Title. IDAPA 18.04.15, "Rules Governing Short-Term Health Insurance Coverage."

Purpose and Scope. Implement Title 41, Chapters 21, 42, and 52, Idaho Code, regarding short-term, limited-duration insurance by defining rules for enhanced short-term plans and nonrenewable short-term coverage, including minimum standards for benefits, rating rules, enrollment, renewability, and disclosure provisions.

Applicability. This rule applies to all enhanced short-term plans and nonrenewable short-term coverage that provide medical expense coverage.
