Conversion. The term "conversion" is used to identify properties that were acquired or developed with LWCF assistance that have been converted from a public outdoor recreation to other than public outdoor recreation uses without prior approval of NPS.

Fees. The sponsor must pay all costs associated with the LWCF conversion process.
