Idaho Admin. Code r. 37.03.04.050 - MAINTENANCE
01.
General. All well heads,
separators, pumps, mufflers, manifolds, valves, pipelines, and other equipment
used to produce geothermal resources shall be maintained in good condition in
order to prevent loss of or damage to life, health, property, and natural
resources. (3-30-23)
02.
Corrosion. All surface well head equipment and pipelines and
subsurface casing and tubing will be subject to periodic corrosion surveillance
to safeguard health, life, property, and natural resources. (3-30-23)
03.
Tests. The Director may
require such tests or remediation necessary to prevent damage to life, health,
property, and to protect geothermal and groundwater resources. Such tests may
include, but are not limited to, casing tests, cementing tests, and equipment
tests. (3-30-23)
