Idaho Admin. Code r. 38.04.09.301 - USES INTERFERING WITH ACCESS OR USE OF FACILITY

01. Interference with Primary Use of Facility or Real Property. Public Use of the Chinden Office Complex shall not interfere with the primary use of the facility or real property adjoining the facility. The primary uses of the Chinden Office Complex include, but are not limited to, the conduct of business by private Tenants leasing or licensing a portion of the Chinden Office Complex, public meetings and hearings, court proceedings, and the conduct of public business by agencies or officials of the state of Idaho that normally occupy and use the affected facility or the real property adjoining the facility. 02. Interference with Access. Public Use of the Chinden Office Complex shall not block fire hydrants, fire or emergency vehicle lanes, vehicular drives, pedestrian walkways, doorways, steps or similar access routes through, in or out of the Chinden Office Complex. (7-1-21)T
