Idaho Admin. Code r. 58.01.12.001 - TITLE AND SCOPE
01.
Title. These rules are titled IDAPA 58.01.12, "Rules for Administration
of Wastewater and Drinking Water Loan Funds." (3-24-22)
02.
Scope. The provisions of
these rules will establish administrative procedures and requirements for
establishing, implementing and administering two (2) state loan programs for
providing financial assistance to eligible applicants of wastewater and
drinking water projects. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency provides
annual capitalization grants to the state of Idaho for these programs.
Financial assistance projects must be in conformance with the requirements of
the Subchapter VI of the federal Clean Water Act (
33 U.S.C. Sections
1381 et seq.) and the Safe Drinking Water Act
( 42 U.S.C. Section
300j et seq.). (3-24-22)
