Idaho Admin. Code r. 24.30.01.507 - RETENTION OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO PEER REVIEWS

Documents relating to peer reviews are to be retained as follows: (7-1-21)T

01. Documents. All documentation necessary to establish that each peer review was performed in conformity with peer review standards adopted by the Board. These documents may include the peer review working papers, the peer review report, comment letters and related correspondence indicating the firm's concurrence or nonconcurrence, and any proposed remedial actions and related implementation. (7-1-21)T
02. Retention Period. Document retention is for a period of time corresponding to the designated retention period of the relevant administering organization and, upon request of the Committee, to be made available to it. In no event may the retention period be less than ninety (90) days from the date of acceptance of the review by the administering organization. (7-1-21)T
