Ill. Admin. Code tit. 14, § 500.100 - Project Changes
a) The
Applicant shall make its professional staff consultants who have assisted in
the preparation of the Application available at the request of the Department
during the period of review.
b) The
Applicant shall immediately inform the Department in writing of any material
changes in the facts and circumstances described in its Application. At the
time of Certification, the Applicant shall certify to the Department that no
material changes in the facts and circumstances described in its Application
have occurred.
