Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1230.140 - Endorsement
a) A person
licensed in another state or territory desiring to obtain licensure by
endorsement shall submit an application to the Division that shall include a
certification of registration form completed by the licensing board of the
state of original licensure, and the required fee.
b) The Division shall evaluate the
application to determine if the requirements in the state of original licensure
are substantially equivalent to those in Illinois. Within a reasonable time,
the Division shall either grant licensure by endorsement or inform the
applicant of the reasons for denial.
