The Division may issue an administrative warning letter with or without a compliance agreement that may include a fee required under Section 1410.400. A compliance agreement may include conditions in order to maintain the Standards of Practice, the competency of a licensee, and the protection of the public. Administrative warning letters with or without a compliance agreement are not considered to be discipline and are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act [5 ILCS 140 ].
