Ill. Admin. Code tit. 68, § 1455.330 - Granting of Variances

The Secretary may grant variances from this Part when he or she finds:

a) The provision from which the variance is granted is not statutorily mandated;

b) The granting of the variance would not be contrary to the public welfare; and

c) The rule from which the variance is granted would, in the particular case, be unreasonable or unnecessarily burdensome.
