Ill. Admin. Code tit. 92, § 1605.10 - Adoption of Federal Regulations by Reference
a) The following parts of 49 CFR, as of
October 1, 2001, are adopted by reference as regulations of the Illinois
Commerce Commission for the transportation of hazardous materials by rail
carriers.
1) Part 171 (except sections 15 and
16);
2) Part 172;
3) Part 173 (except sections 27 and
33);
4) Part 174;
5) Part 177.817(c);
6) Part 178 (except subpart J);
7) Part 179; and
8) Part 180 (except subpart E).
b) No incorporation in this Part
of the Code of Federal Regulations involves any later amendment or
edition.
