3) Retirement Systems

c) Human Resources

1) Grants for Social Services

2) Regulation of Health Facilities

d) Natural Resources

1) Air Pollution Control

2) Energy

e) Transportation

1) Airplane and Airport Regulation

2) Traffic Safety
