Ill. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 1770.110 - License Expiration and Renewal
All licenses issued by the Department pursuant to the Act shall be valid for a period not to exceed two years after issuance unless sooner revoked, cancelled or suspended. The license may be terminated before the expiration date by the Superintendent in accordance with this Part. To be eligible for license renewal, an agent must submit an updated application package or renewal form, as prescribed by the Department, along with a check or money order in the amount of $25. If no check or money order is included with a renewing retailer's application, the Department reserves the right to withdraw the sum of $25 from the retailer's Lottery account.
