Ill. Admin. Code tit. 11, § 1800.560 - Issuance of License
a)
The Board may only issue a license after the background investigation is
complete, the Board determines the applicant is suitable for licensure and the
applicant has paid the required application fee.
b) If an applicant is denied a license, the
applicant may not reapply for a license within one year from the date on which
the final order of denial was voted upon by the Board, without leave of the
Board.
